Meet: Andy Kalcounos
Andy Kalcounos was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland just outside of our Nation's Capital. He graduated from DeMatha Catholic H.S. and received his Associates Degree from Gulf Coast CC then received his BA Degree from Brewton-Parker College. Then went on to play minor league baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals.
Andy Kalcounos has been calling Palm Coast home since 1997 and has watched our town develop rapidly throughout the years. He's excited to be part of the progressive real estate market in Palm Coast and the surrounding areas since 2001. In today's market it’s critical that you choose the right agent that gets the job done. Meet: Anthony Lombardo

Anthony Lombardo moved to Palm Coast, Florida in 1991 from Long Island New York with his parents to start a new lifestyle of Florida coastal living, which to this day he enjoys. Anthony graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1998, and continued his education at Daytona State College. In 2005 he married his beautiful and intelligent wife Sarah, and has since started a family with three wonderful children Ava, Lia, and Joey.
In 2001 Anthony Lombardo started his real estate career working for Plantation Realty Services, a residential real estate office focusing on two of the surrounding golf communities: Halifax Plantation and Plantation Bay. As Anthony’s career grew he specialized in on-site new construction sales in Palm Coast from 2003-2005 which gave him experience and knowledge for residential construction.
From 2006 to April of 2012 he worked for Palm Coast Real Estate Services, owned by Lowe Destination Development who developed Grand Haven and Ocean Hammock. At Palm Coast Real Estate Services he continued to expand his career in residential resales, new construction and development real estate.
Presently Anthony is proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker Realty the #1 Global Real Estate Company. Anthony feels the company’s direction and global presence helps him better service his clients and grow his business for the long term future.
In 2018 Anthony was selected to sit on the Flagler County Planning and Zoning board. He took this board seat to better understand Flagler Counties growing future and to be a part of the decision making process. Also in 2018 Anthony furthered his real estate career and education by obtaining his real estate Brokers License. He now works as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and is also designated as a Global Luxury Marketing Specialist.

As a native Floridian, Erica loves the Sunshine State and Florida living. After working in the financial industry for over 15 years, Erica decided to follow her passion and became a licensed real estate agent. She brings years of experience in event planning, interior design, social media and client services to her real estate clients and is passionate about helping buyers and sellers create the lifestyle they desire.

Erica lives in Flagler County with her Family and three children.
As a way to give back to the community, Erica started the Palm Coast Rockstar Networking group in the summer of 2018. Erica’s group hosts monthly events around town, and she has successfully created an online presence and brand for herself and the A-Team.
